Christina advises startup companies and investors on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues ranging from venture capital financing, to M&A transactions, to day-to-day commercial and corporate governance matters. Prior to starting J+O, Christina worked in the New York office of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, where she represented emerging growth companies in all stages of their life cycle. As the primary advisor for over 50 startups, Christina managed the day-to-day legal needs of her clients as well as working on transactions such as the $75M initial public offering of Tremor Video, the Series C Financing of General Assembly and the Amazon.com acquisition of ComiXology. Additionally, Christina has unique insight into the life of an entrepreneur, having been one of the co-founders of Maul Media, a creative production company specializing in short-format storytelling, in 2013.
Christina graduated from the University of Florida cum laude and received her juris doctor cum laude from Emory University School of Law. Christina lives in Brooklyn with her husband and son.
